I created this guide because there’s SO many supplements out there that claim to help you lose weight or get rid of cellulite – but in reality it’s FALSE advertising. However, there are KEY micronutrients that will help your body on a cellular level – so that it can function at its highest capacity. Whether you’re trying to build muscle, recover from training or have lasting energy – it comes down to nutrients.
Unfortunately our food just doesn’t contain the micronutrients it used to due to over-production and soil quality. So supplementing can make a huge difference with the right ones.
